You are also responsible for keeping your account information updated (valid email address and billing information, for example). You are responsible for any activity that occurs through your whytodo.com account.

We are constantly changing and improving our Services. We may add or remove functionalities or features, create new limits, and we may suspend or stop a service altogether. Amplilabs Ltd. may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately.

Neither Amplilabs Ltd. nor its suppliers or distributors make any specific promises about the Services. We don't make any commitments about the content within the services, the specific functions of the services, or their reliability, availability, or ability to meet your needs. Liability for our Services
Amplilabs Ltd. and its suppliers and distributors will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues, or data, financial losses, or indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Paid services
We offer a paid plan (with a free 14 day trial) that add features to your account. After we receive your payment the plan is activated for the period specified.
You take full responsibility for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with using our Services.
The paid plan can be renewed before the expiration date. It is disabled if the expiration date has passed and no renewal payment is received.
